HEARING TYPE
Objective:
To discover new relationships between typographic form, space, and structure; and to understand how dense textures of information can be clarified to create more coherent communication spaces.
Vision:
The project was inspired by the music video to the song, "Tender Green Life," because of its unusual qualities and abstract view. The background was inspired by the colors in the music video as well as the shapes. The typography was inspired by the dream like state one feels when listening to the song. Normally in a dream there are several emotions that take a person through highs and lows.

Vision:
The lyrics to the song speak about love but the inspiration did not come from love but came from how strong the words sound. I wanted the typography to have a medium bold to them but not harsh. The color blue of the background was inspired by the art work of the cover as well as the video.

Vision:
The song has a relaxed and soothing feeling. I wanted to convey that with a soft to hard color in the background. the song is about love which is why I used pink and the purple because it strengthen the message of the song. As far as the Typography I wanted light and medium weight because the lyrics are strong but powerful.
